If you are traveling in Air Baltic Economy Class, you can choose one piece of cabin baggage with a maximum weight of 8 kg and one personal item.
Business class travelers are entitled to a double allowance: 2x8kg respecting the same measurements: 55cmx40cmx23cm.
Passengers traveling in both cabins are also entitled to board with an additional item displayed in size of 80cm (40x30x10)cm but its weight is included in the total allowance offered by AirBaltic.
It is important to note that it is possible to travel with additional weight (up to 12kg in total) by paying a fee of 12 Euros before departure (instead of 60 Euros as a panlity, during the check before boarding).
The measurements given must include the handles, wheels and pockets of the suitcase. In case of non respect of these dimensions, it will be invoiced in warehouse.

Green: 1 x 23kg (Paying: from 15 euros one way)
Classic/Green Plus (included): 1 x 23kg
Business (included): 2 x 23kg (or combine two bags of which the maximum weight of one is 32kg).

Despite the strict restrictions applied by AirBaltic in terms of baggage transport, it is possible to modify your allowance or rather improve it by taking advantage of the excess baggage purchase service offered by the Latvian airline.
